By accessing or using Intervueme ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Intervueme is an AI-powered interview practice platform that provides simulated mock interviews using voice-based AI technology. The Platform is designed for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Intervueme uses a pay-per-minute model. Purchased minutes do not expire. All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with other users' experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Intervueme and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your interview recordings and transcripts remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intervueme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is for practice purposes and does not guarantee interview success or employment.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
